- Rates and minimum stays vary by season. 12% tax and resort fee charges not included.
-Senior discount (10%) and Military discount (15%) are offered during non-holiday time periods. Proper ID is required at time of check-in.
- Cancellation notice of 30 days required for full advance deposit refund less $25.00 handling charge.
- Cancellation under 30 days will result in forfeiture of deposit. If a customized package, full package price will be forfeited in the event of cancellation under 30 days.
- Holiday weekends require 3 night minimum (Fri/Sat/Sun). Other holiday dates may have different minimum requirements. Midweek and weekend (non-holiday) dates require a 2 night minimum stay.
-Pets (dog or cat) are welcome at Canaan Valley Resort. Verification of current vaccination records & signed pet policy form is required. There will be an additional $40 charge to your room for the first night’s lodging. Each additional night will be and additional $5. A damage deposit of $50 is required. Pet friendly units are limited.
