Join us for our annual Smokin' in the Valley Chili Cook-off. Sanctioned by the International Chili Society. The cookoff will begin at 10:15 am, following a 9:30 am cook's meeting. The awards ceremony will take place around 4pm. Cash prizes awarded.
Bring on the HEAT - enjoy a packed day of cooking and tasting. Traditional Red, Chili Verde and Salsa included, plus People's Choice. Artist and crafters will display their wares throughout the day. Lunch to be served in the pavilion. Entertainment tbd.
To participate you must first register online by visiting www.chilicookoff.com. All category winners advance to WCCC 2010.
