* Wireless Internet Access is provided at no additional charge in the Lodge Meeting Rooms.

Exhibitor’s Fees:

  • There is a $25 per exhibitor (per day) fee charged. The exhibit space will includes a 6′ skirted table and two chairs.
  • One electrical outlet is $5 extra if required at exhibitor table.
  • Phone service to exhibitor booth can be provided at an additional charge. Advance notice is required.

Audio-Visual Equipment Rental:

  • 35 mm slide projector – $25
  • LCD Projector – $75
  • 27″ Television and VCR – $25
  • DVD Player – $25
  • Podium and microphone – $10
  • Projection Screen – Free
  • Overhead projector – $25
  • Lavalier Mic – $15

Meeting Equipment Rental:

  • Laser Pointer – $10
  • Extension cords/Power Strip – $10
  • AV Cords – $5.00
  • Flip chart with markers – $10
  • Easel – $5
  • Direct phone line – *$100/line + charges
  • Conference Phone – $150

Special Arrangements:

  • Dance Floor Rental – $125 (12×12) or $150 (15×15)
  • Campfire – $100
  • Hospitality Set Up Fee – $150
  • Casino Night Set-Up -*$75 per table *Add $25 for each dealer per hour.

Conference Services:

  • Copies — $0.20/copy
  • Outgoing Faxes — $5/first page, $1/add’l pages
  • Incoming Faxes — $1/page

Prices based on Resort’s on-site equipment inventory. Items do not include 6% WV Sales Tax. Further special arrangements may be made through the Conference Service Staff.
