### Kids Scavenger Hike: Wild Wonders of Canaan 

Discover the natural wonders of Canaan Valley Resort State Park with our family-friendly **Kids Scavenger Hike!** Designed for children ages 5–12, this self-guided adventure encourages young explorers to spot wildlife signs, unique trees, and natural treasures along trails like Blackwater River, Deer Run, or Cabin Trail.

Download the scavenger checklist below, grab your hiking shoes, and see how many wonders your family can find! Be sure to snap a photo of your adventure and share it with our Recreation Manager for a chance to be featured on our social media.
